Vega Vision Monthly Review Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • This prize draw is open to all customers of www.vegavision.co.uk aged 18 years or over, except employees of Vega Vision, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2. Entry

   • To enter the prize draw, customers must submit a review of a product they purchased from www.vegavision.co.uk during the applicable month. Reviews must be submitted via the automated review email or the review section on the product page on the website.
   • Each review counts as one entry. Multiple entries per person are allowed, provided each entry is for a different product purchased.
   • Entries submitted after the last day of each month will be included in the following month's draw.

3. Review Criteria

   • Reviews must be honest and based on the customer’s genuine experience with the product.
   • Reviews containing inappropriate or offensive content will be disqualified.

4. Prize

   • The prize for each monthly draw is subject to change each month.
   • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

5. Winner Selection

   • All eligible reviews received during the applicable month will be entered into a random draw.
   • The draw will take place within the first week of the following month.
   • The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase within 7 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond to Vega Vision within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Vega Vision will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

6. Announcement of Winners

   • The winner's name (first name and last initial) will be announced on our social media channels.

7. Data Protection and Publicity

   • Vega Vision will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
   • By entering, participants agree to their review being used by Vega Vision for promotional purposes.

8. General

   • Vega Vision reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
   • Insofar as is permitted by law, Vega Vision, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Vega Vision, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Governing Law

   • This prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
